Matt's journey:but first a place to sleep (open)

Matt walked into Vardant town looking for a place to stay to break his streak of outdoor sleeping and having to scrounge around. Putting on a trench coat and a fedora he walked around in search for a hotel or pokemon center that had rooms.

On his way to find a place he stopped by a local store buying himself a new pack for all his gear and food, along with a pair of binoculars. "Alright that seems like that's enough for now" he said to himself as he paid for the stuff and walked out onto the streets looking for a place. (short yes but it does the job really)

The blonde Gijinka had been feeling the need to start from the very beginning. That's right, she headed to Vardent Town. It was a nice little place, a cute town with not very many people, but was beginning to grow slowly but surely. It sort of made her feel homesick, reminding her of Pallet Town back in her home Kanto region. Ah, fond memories. Sometimes she wished this whole thing with Arceus hadn't happened. But then again, there wouldn't have been much excitement in her life. She couldn't remember the last time Zapdos had gone out and done something this exciting.

So, she was here in Vardent Town. What next, you ask? Well, after realizing her need for some money, Lulu decided to use her "good looks" to win over someone into at least buying her lunch. Her parents had sent her a huge check recently, which she knew no one around here would be able to cash. She would have to travel to a bigger city, which wouldn't be so hard if she didn't have to hide her Legendary side. Spying a store, Lulu shrugged and headed towards it, hoping they could cash her stupid check. Of course, that was too good to be true. After hearing the bad news, she sighed and turned away from the cashier, only to see someone else here too. And boy, was he cute! He had blue hair, and some really cute brown eyes. Being part Pokemon herself, she could tell right away that the young man was a Gijinka. She could definitely sense it, and she knew right away what Pokemon he was morphed with. Lucario, huh? That was enough of a rare Pokemon for her! After smoothing out her shirt, Lulu walked up to the young man, a warm smile on her face. "Hello, there!" She greeted upon reaching him. "Do you by chance live here?" The blonde asked, not trying to get to the subject of money; at least not quite yet.

After walking out of the store and looking around he sensed the presents of one his kind. ~I thought they were all on the other side of the concatenate and were still in the fighting over in the darklands.~ (made it up to allow for the time span of 5 yrslol) he said to himself in his head.

Turning around he saw the source of the mixed aura to see that it was a pretty attractive girl with what looked like an electric infused aura. He quickly turned his aura sight off and blinked as the girl processed to great him and ask if he lived in town. "Why hello there milady" he said as he bowed and came back up. "no actually i don't im looking for a place to stay for the time being but none of the places here have a place except for those with company." he said in his polite tone in an European/southern accent. "My name is Matthias Huntmen you can call me Matt and you are?" he asked as he looked into her eyes that were the opposite yet held the same feeling in them causing a faint blush to appear apon his cheeks and his ear twitched.

Lulu's heart practically melted when the young man referred to her as "milady" and bowed. Ohh, cute and a gentleman? She was in complete heaven. Her mood almost sank a little when he said that he wasn't from around here, but he said that he was looking for a place to stay. His accent was so cute. A place to stay, huh? There wasn't a problem in the world that a little money couldn't fix. He told her that his name was Matt, and she smiled at him as he asked her name. "My name is Lulu. Lulu Hertz." She replied happily, a slight blush on her cheeks. Matt looked into her eyes, and the blonde saw a blush rise on his cheeks too, and his ear twitched. She glanced at the floor, trying to break his awkward gaze, and sat for a couple moments before looking back up at him. "I'd be happy to get you a place to stay. My parents are quite well-known, and I've got some money with me. It seems no one around here has the money to cash my check, however." She sighed, and looked up at him with tired puppy-dog eyes. "Truthfully, I'm pretty tired as well. Would you like to come get some lunch with me? I'll help you find some sort of place to stay afterwards." She asked. Wait, wasn't the object to get him to buy her lunch? The tiny voice inside her head cursed at her, but Lulu ignored it. It was obvious this guy could use a little help. Besides, it wasn't like she went around spending her money willy-nilly on strangers. This stranger was an exception. He was darn cute! Lulu smiled up at Matt, her eyes hopeful, hoping that he would accept her offer.

"nice to meet you Lulu" Matt said still bushed and looked away for a second as well. Regathering himself he cleared his throat and said "I think i would enjoy a bit of company and i think lunch is a good idea im famished" he chuckled as he straightened his pack and his fedora. ~shes very cute and has a cute name to go with it`~ he said to himself mentally and he tried to calm his heart down and to keep his cool. He looked around and saw a few restaurants and a few 24/7 breakfast dinners. "what would you say you have a craving for today?" he asked politely as he offered his arm to Lulu and gave a small cute smile as he waited for a responce. "and after we can talk about a place to stay for a bit" he said
